Which help desk software plan should I choose?

Can I try the service and then self host?

Yes - and transfer all data from the ticketing system as well. There is a database export feature and you can export it any time for backup or transfer.

What about support & updates?

Hosted plans include full support and automatic version updates as long as your account is active. Self hosted versions of the ticketing system include 90 days of free tech support and software updates.

Can I change a plan after I sign up?

Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel a hosted plan anytime you choose

What do I get in the free trial period?

You'll get a fully working version of your choice including all ticketing system and knowledge base features. There is no difference between the free trial and the paid license except for the expiration date.

Which payment methods do you take?

Do I get the source code?

The page templates are open source and available with all packages. This allows you to fully control page layout and design of the customer portal and ticketing system for a customized look and feel. However, the system files that use PHP code are encrypted and may not be edited.

Can I get my money back if I'm not happy?
