Which plan should I choose?

Usually you should choose one of the hosted plans according to your needs. Hosted plans are the easiest way to go, as they require no installation or database maintenance on your part.
If you'd like to host the system on your server, you should get the self hosted version and make sure that your server supports PHP 4.4 or later, MySQL 3.23 or later & ionCube (usually enabled by default).

Can I try the service and then self host?

Yes - and transfer all data as well. There is a database export feature and you can export it any time for backup or transfer.

What about support & upgrades?

Hosted plans include full support and automatic version upgrades as long as your account is active. Self hosted plans include free support and version upgrades for 6 months

Can I change a plan after I sign up?

Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel a hosted plan anytime you choose

What do I get in the free trial period?

You'll get a fully working version of your choice. There is no difference between the free trial and the paid license except of the expiration date.

Which payment methods do you take?

We accept all credit cards and PayPal via 2checkout & PayPal payment gateways

Do I get the source code?

On hosted plans you don't have access to the source code because it's a hosted service.
The self-hosted plans include encrypted PHP files. The developer license includes 99% of the source code (only license files are encrypted)

Can I get my money back if I'm not happy?

Yes. In addition to our 30 day free trial, we offer a 30 day money back guarantee period. The only exception is the self-hosted developer license. As that contains the full source code, there can be no refunds.
