Hosted plans include full support and automatic version updates as long as your account is active. Self hosted versions include 90 days of free tech support and version updates. Due to the open source code provided with the Developer version, updates are not included with this edition of the software.

Open source is available only with the Developer license which is 99% open source except for license-related files. All other self-hosted versions include encrypted PHP files. The hosted plans do not include any software as they run our our servers.
Yes. In addition to our 30 day free trial, we offer a 30 day money back guarantee period. The only exception is the self-hosted developer license. As that contains the full source code, there can be no refunds.
